Front of House Supervisor vacancy; We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our friendly and hardworking team. You will work alongside the General Manager as a team leader and shift supervisor. This will involve looking after the bar & waiting team during service hours, managing the daily financial takings and leading by example to help coach and support the FOH staff. Demonstrating great hosting skills with your customers, a keen eye for detail with the presentation of the bar area and table management is key. This will be full-time and including weekends and is permanent. Experience preferred but full training will be given.

Housekeeper & Cleaner vacancy; We are looking for a housekeeper and cleaner to help us look after our en-suite rooms and attend to the general upkeep of the premises including the bar and restaurant area. This job involves flexible hours, including some weekends and is permanent. Experience preferred but full training will be given.

Kitchen Porter vacancies; We are looking for Kitchen Porters to join our team and help us ensure our kitchen remains spotless. Your duties will include general food preparation, washing up and keeping work surfaces & kitchen areas clean. This job involves flexible hours (1 to 2 shifts a week) – including some weekends and is permanent. Full training will be given.

Chef De Partie/Commis Chef vacancy; We are looking for the right person to join our kitchen team. You will work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to help prepare and cook dishes to our high standard. This job will be full-time – including some weekends and is permanent. We would prefer someone with a fresh food background as all our food is prepared in house. However full training will be given.
